Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart, Their Journey To The World Of Music

Alex Poll is an artist who hadn’t found that he was to create music as a passionate endeavor until he was standing in front of an art gallery, and it came as an ah ha moment that he needed to seriously pursue this line of business. At the time Alex was working a job up in New York, where he grew up cultivating the DJ as a lovable hobby.

His side job of music was only secondary income, and his music career hadn’t really taken off yet. It was at that time when his music manager told him a man by the name of Andrew Taggart was coming down to work with him, and that is when everything seriously launched. Andrew Taggart attended an institution for higher education right before starting to get into music fully.

He was engaged and interested in electronic music, and because of that he was often ridiculed for his style of attire. When Andrew left the school initially to finish his education in Los Angeles, the electronic music’s popularity scaled up faster then at that time. Simultaneously Andrew also produced musical compositions on Sound Cloud, and at live shows, thus perpetuating his eventual life direction in the music industry. He received by word of mouth that a member of The Chainsmokers left the group, thus leaving a spot open for a new participant.

Instead of Andrew going westbound to Los Angeles for the completion of his college degree, he paid for a bus to New York and met fellow musician Alex Pall. Together they immediately sparked as the two shared more in common then expected. They then studied music for four long years to become The Chainsmokers. Unlike other bands where they take it easy for one to three years, only to find that when they come back they lost a large amount of their fan base, The Chainsmokers do the exact opposite by constantly working on future projects.

The Roc Nation record label and multi media brand have recently entered the last final days of its association with the concert promoter Live Nation that saw the entire recording industry change forever. Over the coming months, an announcement should be made with insiders for Live Nation already revealing the company has decided instead to focus on a partnership with Roc Nation in terms of its live touring division. Universal Music Group mogul Sir Lucian Grainge recently hosted a meeting between himself and Roc Nation’s Jay-Z and business executive Desiree Perez. The meeting has not been confirmed as being the opening discussion in an attempt to woo Universal Music Group as the replacement partner to take the place of Live Nation for the recording arm of the Jay-Z founded label; UMG insiders stated the company already has a partnership with Roc Nation to distribute music and may be interested in expanding upon this agreement.  Check pagesix.com for additional article

Desiree Perez and Roc Nation Look for New Deal

Desiree Perez and Jay Z of Roc Nation have a heck of a decision to make in the coming months. Jay Z had locked in his company, Roc Nation, to a huge ten year contract with the company Live Nation. The deal paid Jay Z a hefty $150 million and made him one of the largest business moguls in the hip hop game. With the ten year ‘360 Deal’ coming to a culminating it means that Jay Z and his team are ready to start negotiating again. Live Nation and Jay Z have both gone under big changes over the past decade and that could mean a huge change for both parties.  More of this on pagesix.com.

Preliminary talks between Live Nation and the Jay Z camp have been relatively fruitless at this point. Live Nation wants to move away from recorded music in studios but that is a huge aspect, obviously, of what Jay Z and Roc Nation are trying to do. Live Nation is reportedly still interested in representing Jay Z’s touring businesses but that could mean dramatically altering the deal. It only makes sense that Perez and Jay Z would want to go ahead and try out different contracts.  Check igstars.com for related article.
